Orders:
Orders go out within 3 - 7 business days of receipt. Please note that business days include Monday - Friday and exclude holidays. Allow 6 - 14 business days for delivery. Back-ordered items will be shipped when available at no additional shipping charges. We will confirm shipment of your order via email. Please provide your email address when checking out.

Not Included:
Unless specified, candles are not included with candle holders, flowers in containers are not included, bulbs are not included in lighting unless listed, etc. If an item is included it will be stated in the description.

Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards: Master Card, Visa, and Discover.

Shipping Information:
The following shipping charges apply to orders shipped within the continental USA only. Your total amount will reflect these prices when you checkout with our shopping cart. We do not ship to international addresses.

If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you with the shipping charges for your approval prior to processing your order.

Return and/or Exchange Policy:
We hope you enjoy your purchase from H&H. Please note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges. We take extra care when packaging your items and ensure that all items are packaged.

Damage in Transit:
We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. If this happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately via email (orders@harrillandharrill.com) Please open packages immediately and report any damages within 7 business days of receipt. We provide insurance on all packages. Please allow us time to make a damage claim with the carrier. You will be refunded after we receive the refund from the carrier.
